1. Service
Prestige Pool & Spa Care provides pool cleaning, spa maintenance, water testing, chemical balancing, equipment inspection and related services. services may vary depending on pool condition and customer requirement
2. Bookings & Access
Customers must ensure clear and safe access to the pool and equipment area at the scheduled service time. if access is not available, a call-out fee may apply.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the service date unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for heavily contaminated pools, green pool recoveries, or additional chemical usage.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a service fee
5. Water Quality & Results
While we aim to achieve optimal water quality, results may vary depending on weather conditions, pool usage, equipment condition and existing water chemistry. multiple treatments may be required in some cases.
6. Equipment & Repairs
Prestige Pool & Spa Care is not responsible for pre-existing faults or failures of pool equipment. Any recommended repairs will be discussed with the customer prior to proceeding.
7. Liability
We take all reasonable care when providing services. Prestige Pool & Spa Care is not liable for damage caused by factors outside our control including weather conditions, faulty equipment, chemical imbalance's caused by external interference, or undisclosed issues.
8. Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring pets and children are kept clear of the service area during cleaning and maintenance visits.
9. Website use
